SHIPPING

How long does processing my order take?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

When will my order arrive?

You will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date, including a tracking number. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

The artworks will be carefully packaged and sent by registered mail, so you must sign to receive it.

Please note, international buyers may incur import duties and customs fees. Please check your local tax/import laws.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, I ship all over the world!

Please note - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

While I will see that your order is processed as fast as possible on my end, I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I need my order as soon as possible

If you need something sent as a rush order, inform me via email. I will do everything in my power to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase of one of my original paintings, contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I'm unable to accept returns for custom or personalised orders such as commissions of originals or print on demand products. This includes all of my fine art paper prints, canvas prints and Accessories such as homeware, journals, cushions etc.

All returns must be insured to the full value of the painting as you are still responsible for it whilst in transit. Please retain proof of postage and I recommend sending the item tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, send us an email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note!Whilst every effort shall be made to ensure that the digital images shown on the website are an accurate representation of the original paintings, there may be minor colour differences due to the lighting conditions at the time of photographing and due to the settings on the screen that the photo is being displayed on. 

What is your Exchange Policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of one of my originals, we can organise an exchange once I receive the tracking number of the returned item, provided it's in its original packaging & in original, resellable condition.

Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs

Custom print orders are excluded from this. Since they are custom made for you.

My Order was damaged

It is extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen, I strive to ensure that your replacement is organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.

If you do receive a damaged parcel please take photos and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. Once I have received the photos of damage, we will come to an arrangement together to solve the issue.

When will I get my refund?


After your return has been processed, I will wait until the return package arrives and inspect that the product is in acceptable condition, that qualifies for a refund. (not damaged and in original packaging)

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund. After that it is up to your bank, when they will process the transaction on your end.

If there is any damage to the artwork or its not in its original packaging, no refund will be given.

COMMISSIONS

Do you accept commissions?

Yes!

If you'd like to discuss having a piece of artwork created especially for you in a similar style to what you see on my website, I'd love to hear from you!

How do commissions work?

First, & most importantly, we chat about the seize, your choice of colours and the type of feeling you want this piece to bring to you & your space.

Once we both have a clear idea of what you want, I will send you a written agreement which states all the details we discussed. With this agreement you commit to paying the full price we discussed, there is no cancellation after a piece has bee commissioned.

After this agreement is signed form both of us and I receive a 50% non refundable deposit, I get to work.

I will share process photos with you along the way to keep you involved.

Depending on the seize and style, commissions take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks to complete.

After completion and after I have received the final payment, your painting will then be signed, safely packed and shipped to you.

As the artist I reserve the copyrights to all commissioned pieces, and I may use digital photographs of the artwork to promote my business. 

Prints of commissioned works will only be made available with the consent of the purchaser.

QUALITY & PACKAGING

What are the quality of your fine art prints & canvases?

Our fine art paper prints prints feature our premium fine art paper or Hahnemulle Photo Rag premium fine art paper (310gsm). This is a museum-quality paper which reproduces photography and artworks with exceptional tonality and renders sharp details with consistent flatness and accuracy.

The prints are superior quality and capture almost all the detail of the original.

Our Canvas prints feature premium (Daguerre) fine art quality canvas (400gsm).

Each Giclée canvas print is stretched over a made-to-measure wooden frame milled with a curved profile to minimise contact with the face of the canvas and prevent unsightly impression marks and surface cracking.

The stretched canvas print is then hand finished by one of our experienced canvas framing teams; ensuring each corner fold is perfectly smooth and tight.

How are your products packaged

All prints are robustly packaged.

Photographic prints are flat-packed in individual, white-label packets.

Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

All framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

All stretched originals come signed on the back, wrapped in tissue paper and with layers of protective packaging before being boxed. Corners are protected and the package is marked fragile so that they arrive in pristine condition ready for you to hang.
