Refund Policy

 

I want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help. As a small business, I value transparency, clear communication, and excellent customer care.

🌿 Your Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order—no explanation needed.

To start a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery via email. I’ll respond with the return address and instructions.

You may also use the EU’s standard withdrawal form, which you can find here at the end of this page.

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned:

• In the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging

• With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Until the item is safely back in my hands, you are responsible for it during transit.

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage that reduces its resale value, I may issue a partial refund to reflect that loss in value.

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after notifying me of the return. This gives you up to 28 days from delivery to send the item back, depending on when you contact me.

💸 Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made using your original payment method. I’ll notify you by email once it’s completed.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

🎨 Commissioned Artwork & Custom Prints

Custom or commissioned artwork is created just for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. In case of a commission I work closely with you throughout the creative process to make sure you're happy with the final result before shipping.

🖼️ Color Disclaimer

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays. I do my best to ensure the artwork photographs are as true-to-life as possible.

🚚 Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, I cannot cover redelivery costs. In such cases, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the artwork again.
