Shipping Policy

I’m a one-woman studio on the eastern coast of Sweden, and I pack and ship every order with great care. Most orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but during busy periods or high-traffic moments on social media, a short delay may occur. Thank you so much for your patience — it truly means a lot.

Delivery times within Sweden, the EU, and internationally can vary depending on postal services and seasonal load. At this time, I’m unable to offer guaranteed express shipping, as carriers do not consistently meet express delivery timelines, especially for international orders.

Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct at checkout, as I cannot cover costs for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

If you need to update your address, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. After dispatch, I’m unable to redirect parcels.

In rare cases, international shipping rates may fluctuate beyond my control. If shipping costs to your country end up significantly higher than expected, I will reach out before dispatch to confirm the updated rate and discuss your options.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and an estimated delivery window (based on the distance from Sweden to your location).


Duties and Taxes

My studio operates in Sweden (EU). Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their own country. This applies to all items, including limited edition prints, originals, and commissions.

If you choose to refuse the customs charges, the parcel will be returned to me. Once it arrives back in its original condition, I will refund the cost of the item (minus the original shipping fees).

All items are declared at their actual purchase value for export. Documentation cannot be modified or falsified.
